Dan Antokal, MBA, is a Financial Advisor with the Montville Financial Group. He brought his Financial Advising practice to the Montville Financial Group from Ameriprise because the firm's philosophy is aligned with his. With Dan, the plan comes FIRST. He then works together with his clients to determine the strategies and solutions to achieve their goals. Prior to becoming a Financial Advisor, Dan spent 27 years with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. where he held roles in retail, commercial and mortgage banking. Early in his career, Dan worked with individuals and small business owners as a commercial lending officer. Dan was later recruited to the Mortgage Bank where he became a leader and excelled in wide variety positions including portfolio management, contract finance, risk management and controls, capital markets operations, as well financial planning and strategy.
Dan earned his BSBA from Georgetown University and his MBA from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University in New York City. He has been published in American Banker and has served in several capacities in financial services industry associations. Dan and his wife, Lura, reside in Park Ridge, NJ, where they raised their two sons. Dan is Scoutmaster Emeritus of Park Ridge's Boy Scout Troop 80 and a member of Rotary International.
